After booking your appointment online, intake forms will be emailed to you. You can fill them out electronically and send them back before your first visit.

Your first appointment with Noelle will last approximately 1 hour and include a full exploration of your main health concerns, your health history and a focused physical exam. You can expect Dr. Noelle (ND) to ask a lot of questions in order to gain insight into the big picture of your health as you investigate why you are feeling the way you do.

We ask that you please bring all the latest and most relevant lab results to your first appointment. The doctor may recommend additional blood work and/or specialized testing be done to gain further insight into your health. Noelle will then provide you with initial treatment options that can be started on the first visit. In subsequent check-ups, the doctor will be able to review any lab results that were ordered and monitor your progress.
